Feature · Mobile App
The ASER mobile app — built for the connectivity reality of African operations. Sales, scanning, attendance, dashboards. Works through power cuts, two-bar 3G and tower outages. Auto-syncs when you're back online.
How it works
Built in Kotlin against the native Android SDK. Real native performance, real native gestures, real native camera and Bluetooth access. Not a wrapped web app pretending to be a phone app.
Every action writes to a local SQLite store first. The app never blocks waiting on a network — sync runs in the background, retries automatically, and surfaces conflicts only when you need to resolve them.
The local store survives reboots, force-quits and dead batteries. When your phone or tablet comes back up, you pick up exactly where you left off — no data loss, no re-typing, no panic.
Use any cheap Android phone as a barcode scanner. EAN, UPC, QR, code-128 — all supported. No external scanner needed for stock-takes, goods receipts, or quick lookups at the till.
Pair to any 58mm or 80mm thermal printer over Bluetooth. Print receipts straight from the phone — no till PC required. Configurable receipt layouts per branch.
The app's front camera captures the worker's face for clock-in. Anti-spoofing checks reject photos and screens. GPS confirms they're at the agreed worksite. Real-time visibility for the dispatcher.
English, French, Kirundi, Swahili. Pick your language at first launch — change it any time from the profile screen. The UI translates instantly. No reinstall needed.
The local SQLite store is encrypted at rest. PIN, fingerprint or face unlock to open the app. Remote wipe from the manager's web console if a phone is lost or stolen.
Book a 30-minute walkthrough — we'll install the app on your team's phones during the call and show you a complete sale, scan-to-receive and a face-scan check-in before you hang up.
