How it works
Take bookings by phone, walk-in, email or web form. Configure rate plans, seasonal pricing, weekend rates, length-of-stay discounts. Block dates for renovations or private events.
One screen showing every room, every day, colour-coded by status — confirmed, in-house, dirty, clean, out-of-order. Drag a booking to a different room. Pinch the timeline to zoom from a day to a month.
Take a walk-in in under a minute. Mark no-shows automatically after the cut-off. Manage the waitlist for sold-out nights. Handle overbookings with re-room or upgrade workflows.
Assign rooms to housekeepers, track clean / inspected / ready status, push the day's list to mobile devices. Maintenance requests link directly to the room and stay in the housekeeper's queue until resolved.
Every charge during the stay — room nights, F&B, minibar, laundry, spa, telephone — lands on the guest folio in real time. The cashier sees the running balance the moment the guest asks.
At checkout, the entire folio rolls into one OBR-compliant invoice. Split between guest, company and travel agent if needed. Refund a deposit, settle on cash, card or mobile money.
Block 20 rooms for a wedding, a conference, an NGO mission. Apply group rates, route master billing to a corporate account, allow incidentals to post to individual folios. Settle the master at checkout.
Direct connectors to Booking.com, Expedia and Hotelbeds are on the roadmap. Today the room board accepts manual imports from those channels and prevents double-bookings via inventory locks.
